Some love stories are all about timing—and Lexus and Trenton’s is one of them. The two first crossed paths at Trenton’s brother’s graduation party. At the time, Lexus was in another relationship, and the spark between them never had a chance to grow beyond friendship. But Trenton knew she was the one, and he was patient. Two years later, the timing was finally right, and he didn’t hesitate to take his chance.

Fast forward to their wedding day at The Barn at Aspen Acres, just outside Spearfish, South Dakota—a day that perfectly reflected who they are as a couple. Relaxed, joyful, and filled with the best kind of energy. The whole day carried an easygoing warmth, from the laughter with friends to the tender, emotional moments they carved out for just themselves.

One of the most beautiful details of their day was the way they chose to share their vows. They saved their first look for the aisle but read their promises to one another in private beforehand, standing back-to-back.
